Privacy Policy

The operator of AnyPicToAnyPic ("we", "us") takes care with the personal information and images of people who use AnyPicToAnyPic (the "Site"). This policy explains what information the Site processes, and what it does not.
1. Your images are never uploaded
All image conversion on the Site happens only inside your browser. The image files you choose or drop are not sent to or stored on our servers or any third party's servers, and they disappear from browser memory when you close or refresh the page. We do not collect metadata contained in images, such as the shooting location (GPS).
2. Information we collect
The Site has no sign-up and does not directly collect personal information such as names, contact details or account information. However, the following information may be generated automatically while the service is delivered.
- Access logs: The hosting provider that serves the Site may record your IP address, access time, requested address and browser type for a period of time for security and reliable operation. These logs are managed under the hosting provider's policy and we do not use them to identify individuals.
- Browser storage: Settings such as the display theme (light/dark), language and your last conversion options (output format, quality, size and so on) may be saved in your browser's local storage. Images and file names are never saved. These values stay on your device and are not sent to a server.
- Inquiries: When you contact us by email (tmdrl8336@naver.com), your email address and message are used only to reply and handle the matter, and are deleted once they are no longer needed.
3. Cookies and advertising
To cover running costs, the Site uses or plans to use third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense. When ads are shown, the following applies.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this Site or other sites.
- When Google uses advertising cookies, Google and its partners can serve personalized ads to you based on your visits to this Site and other sites on the internet.
- You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

- Your images and conversion content are never passed to ads. Images are processed only inside the browser and are not shared with advertisers.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Image conversion works normally even if cookies are blocked.
4. Visitor statistics
The Site currently does not use any visitor analytics tool. If we introduce one to improve the service, we will first update this policy with what is collected and why. In no case is the content of the images you upload part of any statistics.
5. Sharing and outsourcing of personal information
We do not sell or provide your personal information to third parties. The hosting service that delivers the Site and the advertising services (section 3 above) may process your access information, which is governed by each provider's privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete personal information you sent us through an inquiry. Please send requests to the email address on the contact page. The Site does not keep user accounts or profiles, so there is generally no other personal information to delete.
7. Children's privacy
The Site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (or under the applicable age of consent in your country).
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy because of changes in law, the service, or advertising or analytics tools, we will post the changes and the effective date on this page.
