Contact
Please write to the email address below. We reply as soon as we can, though some messages take longer.
What to send us
- Conversion fails or the result looks wrong — Tell us the format (extension) of the original file, the format you tried to convert to, your browser and operating system, and any error message on screen. Files are not stored on a server, so we can't see them ourselves. If you can, attach a sample file that reproduces the problem.
- A format or feature you'd like — Tell us in what situation you need it; it helps us set priorities.
- Content errors — If you find something inaccurate in the format pages or guides, send us the page address along with what is wrong.
- Copyright or privacy requests — For requests about the site's content, send the page address and the reason for your request.
- Partnership or advertising inquiries — Send a short description of your proposal.
Please note
Because this site never receives your images, we can't recover photos or convert individual files on your behalf. Please don't attach photos containing personal information to emails; use another sample that reproduces the problem instead.
